…is a variation of conceptor. Here the focus is on the design of the interface: the cycles of input and feedback between the user and system that may in turn connect to other users. The interface(s) are a key element in the success of any interactive application and crucial for the flow - the fluidity of a process in which users are lead through a system and thus kept immersed in the activity. It is an expertise where cognitive and behavioural psychology meet graphical design and programming. |
