Abstract

We work, communicate, play and entertain ourselves in networked systems. What are their basic structures? How does their structures influence our daily lives, our social and economic behaviour? What networks are there? And how are they being utilized? Who develops them, who runs them and who controls them? Those are questions that will be covered in the introductory lecture to the course on cooperative media.
